Adventures with Girl Scouts

Have grand adventures without leaving the neighborhood!
Join your friends for a week of fun-filled, girl-led day camp adventures.
Camp is open to all scouts entering 1st through 6th grade in the 2024-2025 school year.  Program Aide leadership training (Explorers) is available for 7th & 8th graders.  PA leadership opportunities are available for 8th - 12th graders.

No prior experience with Girl Scouts?  No Problem!  Campers can register and sign up for a Girl Scout membership just for camp.

What will you do at camp?

Camp Traditions

Each day will include camp traditions such as flag ceremony, songs, unit cheers, games and more!

Themed Sessions

There will be activities that relate to the camp theme.  Program Aides will guide the campers in activities like crafts, survival skills, outdoor cooking, and social time.  This year's camp theme is Under the Sea!

Service Projects

Picture
Part of camp is to contribute to a service project that will improve our community.  In previous years this has included environmental clean-up, making dog and cat toys to donate, and helping train service animals.

Diversity and equity are core values of Girl Scouts of Western Washington. We aim to empower every Girl Scout-girls of every race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, ability, gender identity, religion, or geographic location-to make the world a better place. We also recognize that gender is not binary – people don’t identify only as boys or girls. We welcome children from across the gender spectrum: those who identify as transgender, agender, androgynous, etc., and those who are in transition or questioning their gender identity. Because the Girl Scout mission is to specifically hold space for Girl Scouts to build courage, confidence and character, Girl Scouts would not be an appropriate space for those who identify as cis gender boys (those whose gender identity is male and their assigned sex at birth is male).
