All camp participants must complete three steps to register for camp:
  1. Complete online registration for each participant. See Camper Registration or Adult Volunteer Registration.  Program Aides will be sent registration instructions.
  2. Pay the appropriate registration fee.
  3. Submit all the required forms, either in person or through US Mail.

Required Camper Forms

ALL Campers, Program Aides, and Adult Volunteers must complete a paper Daycamp Registration form, in addition to online registration. GSWW requires us to obtain from each participant a written signature granting permission to participate at camp, and the participants health history.
We prefer that you register online, but you may also use the Daycamp Registration form to register by US Mail.
Washington State immunization records can be obtained from https://wa.myir.net/, if your healthcare provider recorded the immunization with state Department of Health.
​For buddy requests, both girls must each list their desired buddy on the registration form.
The Camper Release for Check Out is required for all campers and PAs under age 18.

This form is required only for campers in the Forest Green unit (rising 6th graders).

Program Aide

All Program Aides must submit the following:

  • Camper Release for Check Out

Optional Forms: Medications

These forms are required only if we must give medication to your child when they are at camp.
All medications must be in their original container and labeled with the girl's name, including epi-pens and inhalers.
​Each girl should bring her own sunscreen each day. A medical form is not required for sunscreen.

Financial Assistance
